Christmas Apron

I found really cute gingerbread men fabric (on sale!!) at a local craft store a week or so ago, and I couldn't wait to make a Christmas apron with it! I looked online for a tutorial on how to make a whole apron (I've only made half aprons, so I was clueless as to how to make a whole one!), and I found a great one. Here is the link: http://www.sugarbeecrafts.com/2010/03/full-apron-tutorial.html. The only things I did differently was that I cut the skirt part 44" wide (the standard length of fabric, so it made cutting it so much easier!) by 20" long. Instead of putting a ruffle, I rounded the corners of the skirt and just hemmed it all the way around, and instead of pleating it, I just gathered the top of the skirt part. Also, I didn't have velcro to put on the back of the top band, so I just put both end (raw edges) of the neck band into the top band. Needles didn't break, seams didn't tear, and nothing was sewn backwards (all of which I have done many times!), so I considered this to be a success!

I hope all of this makes sense!

Now it's time for some pictures! You can't really tell how much the skirt part is gathered, but it is nice and full in person!

**Could somone help me with adding pictures? I have no idea how to do it and I've tried so many times. The picture will only show up at the top of the post, and I can't move it down. Any advice?**
